The latest project by internationally acclaimed Brisbane based artist, Donna Marcus was commissioned by Cox Rayner Architects for the new building at 400 George Street. This piece has required huge amounts of aluminium and has been sourced from Australia wide from Sydney to Hobart.
The finished work comprises 3000 domestic aluminium objects which resemble geological formations ie stalactites and stalagmites.
Marcus has worked closely with Curator Jacqueline Armistead to bring this ambitious project to fruition
